Denterprise International, Inc. announces the launch at the Chicago Midwinter of QuickAlign, the world’s first system which allows Dentists to print “Clear Aligners” in 4 simple steps   eliminating the need to  print 3D models and vacuum forming the aligners says Claude Berthoin, President and CEO and Co-developer of this system. 

QuickAlign is revolutionary in that it simplifies the process, reduces cost tremendously for practices (and ultimately for patients) and permits direct production of aligners right in your offices rather than outsourcing the service. 

QuickAlign eliminates the wait, shipping costs, risk of having to redo if errors, etc. compared to the current method of outsourcing clear aligners which requires sending files to specialty labs and then waiting for the set to arrive.
“Once the system is acquired, a set of aligners will cost less than $100 per set of aligners”, says Berthoin, “versus using services which cost typically $900-$1,400 per set of aligners.”  This is the new technology in orthodontic treatment that enable to overcome current clinical limitation of standard aligners.  The new produced aligners are made of a biocompatible, nontoxic, hypoallergenic material and they maintain their elastic strength even at thickness of 0.3mm.

QuickAlign System is comprised of the new QuickScan-WOW Intraoral Scanner (also launched at Chicago Midwinter),  QuickCAD Aligner CAD software, QuickPrint 3D printer using special resin and QuickCure unit.
